Finding a tenant for your property is only the beginning of being a landlord. Making sure your tenants can pay their rent and look after your property is paramount. We can advise you on achievable rental values, referencing, agreements, on-going property management.

We maintain very high professional standards and our office is registered with ARLA [Association of Residential Letting Agents]. We are members of TDS for deposit protection and The Ombudsman Scheme for lettings and have agreed to follow the TPO Code of Practice for Residential Estate Agents which goes well beyond that required by law.

An integral part of the Hardings team is our dedicated in-house property managers who are here to make sure tenancies run smoothly from check-in to check-out. Whether you're a landlord or a tenant you'll be dealing with the same members of staff who know the history of every property. Each manager is fully trained and experienced in all aspects of property management, from the financial systems to deposit resolution to ensure the highest possible level of customer service.

All properties have maintenance issues from time to time and no matter how big or small the problem, we have a team of professional and trusted contractors ready to help. Our tenants also have the luxury of our out of hours service, so any emergencies can be dealt with 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
