Guild awarded by agents and customers as Best Agency Network at The ESTAS

On Friday 22 October, The Guild of Property Professionals walked away with not one, but two coveted awards at The ESTAS. These being The Best Agency Network and the Supplier Awards – Best in Sector. The first award was voted for by the Members’ customers, and the second by the agents themselves. It is a privilege to have been recognised by our network and by customers alike for these two top awards. 

 

 

Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, said: “We are elated to have won these awards, which recognise the work we are doing for our Membership and the sector, as well as the incredible service our Members deliver to their customers. There have been many changes over the past 18 months, however, The Guild has done everything in its power to ensure that our Members had the tools, services and support they needed to continue thrive despite the challenges. We are continuously looking at ways to help our Members grow their businesses, while saving on costs and remaining compliant. It is great to know that the work we have done is making a difference to both the agents we serve and their clients.”

 

Not only was The Guild itself successful, but Members of the award-winning Newtork walked away with more than 40 awards between them, highlighting and recognising their achievements as top estate agents from across the UK in 2021. One of these coveted awards was the Guild Agent of the Year Award which was handed to C residential.  

 

 

McKenzie says that the past year and half has been a tumultuous time for the sector, however, agents across the UK have adapted and persisted to continue helping people move. “Agents have worked tirelessly to ensure that people’s dreams of moving home were fulfilled. The past year has been one of the busiest years on record for the property market and agents have risen to the occasion and been able to maintain an exceptional level of customer service going above and beyond the call of duty. The ESTAS is a time to celebrate the agents who have excelled and provided a phenomenal service to their clients. The fact that the winning agents are selected purely on the service they deliver, makes the ESTAS remarkable. I don’t think there can be a greater honour in the industry than to receive an award based on those principles,” he adds. 

 

He comments that it is a fantastic achievement for the organisation and our Members to have been recognised for our achievement at the ESTAS. “As a network of independent property professionals, we aim to set the bar for professionalism and service in the industry, and the awards achieved are recognition that Guild agents are among the best of the best.”
